KOTD Fresh Coast Presents: CIA (Cali Is Active) - Pass vs Brixx Belvedere

For the first battle released from the inaugural King Of The Dot Fresh Coast event, CIA (Cali Is Active), we have Fresh Coast vet Pass back for his second KOTD battle. He is taking on one of the founding members of S.O.N.S., Brixx Belvedere. While Brixx is known for his wordplay and punchlines, Pass is known for his personals and rhythmic flow which sets this clash up to be a classic.

i got it tie. pass in the first, toss up in the second, and brixx in the third. could tell pass free'd the first part of his third.

I think as a whole, Brixx was more consistent, so I would give it to him on that along with edging on bars each round too. One thing, Pass can always pull out that solid flow, nice to see him kinda back after 2 battles, imo, he really sucked in.

Pass took that in three. Crazy battle, cant wait to see what else Fresh Coast is going to come through with.
Had to watch this two times to get a real decision. Seems everytime someone disses the S.O.N.S crew, it completely destroys the confidence of the member they are facing. Brixx came hard but Pass was pretty effective at shutting him down in every round.

1. Pass was repeatedly insulting S.O.N.S and how they always rap about guns, which if they really did have guns it would be stupid to admit on camera.
2.Also pretty consistent on dissing the desperate attempts to squeeze any punchline into their bars, which is always crowd pleasing. But its simply a gimmick if those punchlines barely hit the opponent personally.

Brixx still came pretty hard, But IMO Pass kept shutting him down round after round.

ANOTHER promo battle though, man? Jesus Christ. Talk about sucking the fun out of competition. This is why I can't watch U.R.L., really.

I give Pass the first, just because I think the bars were kind of even in their own ways, but he edged the performance side (In all three). So, he carried that round. The second two I gave to Brixx off the strength of bars. His third was nasty.

KOTD just went big basically signing the WESTCOAST. Wow,I never thought I would be seeing Owk/Real Deal battling, Brixx and Pass.

First round was pretty even. I have to say I think I called this on RM, Pass FINALLY came back with some passion. I'd lean towards him that round.

Pass had that second round in the bag; That slip up killed ish a bit for me, I'll give that round a tie.

Pass had more originality, so slip up included I'd vote him, BUT this battle is almost draw worthy.

This is a prime example of Grown Man Bars vs Punchlines. Brixx has sick ass lines but the 1st two rounds just felt like Pass really just son'd him. The 3rd I would say maybe a toss up cuz Pass didn't spit as long but this is a battle or preference and this time I enjoyed the grown man bars more.

I don't know, I was feeling like pass had some bars left to spit at the end but forgot them or something. He spit a few more bars after his slip up and I was left waiting for more after he recovered nicely. Pass has the first, Brixx has the second, and I give brixx the third.
