Dizaster Vs Hollow the Don

It may be going down. They're both talking on Twitter, but Hollow is the one who seems to be claiming Diz is shook.

Who would you have winning this?

I NEVER fucking know with Diz. Is it the Diz that came against S.M.P. and H.F.K., or the Diz that comes kind of weak? Would it even matter against Hollow?

Tbh the Diz that came against SMP and HFK was still somewhat weak...both battles involved him blanking out major written portions and salvaging a win through his sheer crowd control abilities. Both were 3-2 decisions against battlers that really weren't in his tier.

That being said, him vs. Hollow is interesting to me not so much for the battle itself but for the logistics. Hollow's record prevents him from coming to Canada, meaning a battle on KOTD neutral soil is impossible. However, Diz has argued vocally on Twitter that a battle in New York would be inherently biased towards Hollow. Personally I think that might actually be a good thing, as it would have the potential to inspire the motivated Dizaster that battled Swave (people don't give Swave enough credit for that battle though in all honesty...that red carpet line was nasty). That being said, if the battle went down on the west coast, something of that magnitude could completely resuscitate the GT movement in Cali. And Hollow has proven his ability to adapt to other regions in the past, beating Illmac at Grizzle 1 and "almost fading" Ok at BOLA 3.

Whatever goes down, it's guaranteed to be an interesting battle. I just hope that both of them bring their absolute A-Game. If they do, I honestly don't know who I'd give it to.

Personally. I don't think Dizaster is on Hollow's talent level via bars or rebuttals. I don't like Dizasters loooong winded rebuttals and set ups and quite honestly, he usually has like 4 haymakers and the rest of the battle is boring for him...Hollow's way more ON point and TO the point. But regardless, Dizaster's energy level alone, if nothing else, will give the illusion of a super close battle. But honestly, on hype alone i'd be super amped for it. And anybody can have an elevated performance depending the match up and anybody can have a below average performance depending on the match up. Maybe Dizaster kills, maybe Hollow doesn't. But basing it on their career performances...Hollow's been way more consistent and he's been good against a whole bunch of people (the smack rappers like big t, conceited, and goodz and the GT style rappers like Illmac, Okwerdz, and Passwurdz). I'd love to see it go down if for no other reason the HYPE...but yeah, I don't see Dizaster being able to fuck with Hollow.

WOW. Just saw the tweets. When tweets go down like that...there both talking shit...both retweeting how people think their better than the other one...and each guy is throwing out their own terms...90% of the time one of the people blinks and the battle goes down. I'm willing to bet it goes down at some point. It mainly comes down to if Hollow wants to take it. Dizasters been asking for it for a long time but honestly I think Hollow is more focused on getting respect from the Smack audience because that's where he's from...Queens. And even if you guys don't respect Smack rappers lyrically (which I think is a lot of the time boring) you gotta understand how and tight of a culture that shit is. But yeah...I think it's Hollow vs Dizaster will eventually go down if Hollow can't find something he's hyped about.

I tried to find all the stuff they were saying but my timeline was full of dick riders from both sides so I gave up.

To be honest, if hollow came with his above average stuff, and Diz came with what he thought was good enough to win against DNA, Hollow would win. Diz just doesn't seem like he really wants to win as bad as other people. His Henry Bowers battle sucked, he had good(not great) lines against DNA, and didn't win against SMP. He is losing it to me and needs to take a long break before he comes back to battling or he will pull a Brett Favre in his last year with Minny, just be awful. A long break until late summer or early fall with a comeback battle against Pesci at WD3.

Now Hollow has been taking a good amount of breaks between his battles and has been keeping up with it. I think Con is his next battle in GT at the last Most Hated event would be AGL. Maybe Iron like he said in his last vLog would be near the end of the year and probably at SMACK but KOTD would be a stretch with Iron wanting money.

how certain is that???? where'd you hear that from??? that's been a holy grail type of battle ever since they did the fake out battle! man would that be a good battle style-istically. conceited can sometimes come a little too predictably (even though its still super witty and dope metaphors) but they both have word play so hard it's IMPOSSIBLE that it wouldn't be DOPE! I'd be more amped for that one that Hollow vs Diz to be honest.

It has been hinted at by a lot of people because Hollow's next battle will be in GT(hopefully) and who else would it be. Maybe John John aka The Other Don(lol have to say it though, Dont say the John if you aint sayin it Twice and if you dont add Da Don you aint sayin it right.)

haha yeah if it is GT it'd be either diz or con (john da don's vs hollow da don is like michael jordan vs jeff hornacek in terms of buzz. hollow would never take that). the only other one i see is lux or a random smack rapper. who the eff knows but Con vs Hollow would be legittttt.

So yeah...apparently this shits off again. Hollow basically wanted it in NY straight up. Dizaster did bend alot on location and was willing to do it in a nuetral place like chicago which is pretty legit but Hollow said Diz would have to reach his terms or he'd just move on. And yeah...hollow says he's moving on. Hollow is REALLY pushing for a Lux or Iron battle...I think Hollow vs Loaded Lux is going to go down which would be by far the biggest event in Smack history.
