I watched the decision segment and it seemed like it was really 3-2, Thesauras... Maybe I'm buggin?

Eurgh won. No robbery, as Thesaurus made it close, but in my mind it's pretty clear that Eurgh took it. His third absolutely destroyed Saurus', and I think if he'd gotten more crowd reaction throughout the battle to his slept-on lines, it would've been clear that he was actually edging it with the more clever lines. Pete had a couple haymakers, but I think Eurgh's consistency got him here.

Also, mad props to the KOTD staff and Avocado for the incredible editing job here...to think that there was originally two rounds of no footage in this battle and looking at the way it turned out is astounding...

Seems like the fans wanted Saurus to win. Eurgh's lines were soooo slept on, I've never reacted more during a battle. His lines were ridiculous, one of my favorite. He got robbed here, took the 3rd CLEARLY, and took the first. Could even make an argument for the 2nd. Thesaurus had a couple dope lines, but it seemed like the crowd was reacting to anything he said that had aggression. Alright, I'm gonna go watch Eurgh's 3rd again, too dope.

The crowd didn't erupt when Thesaurus won, though. It was kind of muted.

that the saurus won the coin toss was unfortunate for eurgh. i mean he cut his second short which is rare for this freestyle-beast! maybe he speculated on good flips that just werent there after the saurus first. either way i think the first round was the closest, second goes clearly to the saurus, the third goes to eurgh (thesaurus was missing that closer to make it more even). my best guess is a tie in the first, eurgh edging with relevance, the saurus with structure and his finishing-move. idk man i voted against the 4-1 decision anyway. im not mad that the saurus won cuz he didnt sleep on this battle (as i thought he would) but eurgh held his own. still good battle! and DONTFLOP smashes shit all-day, increasing quality at the pace GT is loosing it lol big up KOTD!

Good win for Thesaurus, I actually liked his third verse it was pretty solid he didn't win the third but it was a decent verse. 2-1 Thesaurus

Through first watch, I had TheSaurus taking it 2-1 with Eurgh's third being CRAZY. Probably going to flop around with it but it will stay in the end with TheSaurus taking it.

After watching it again, I have to say it goes more clearly to Eurgh than I originally thought. Eurgh had more on point flips, the more intelligent lines and seemed hungrier for the win. He definitely took the third (I'd call it a 10-7...Saurus' verse was short and had maybe one good punch), won the first (10-8.5 factoring out crowd reaction), and admittedly lost the second (his closer was a bit wack, but the rebuttal and dubstep scheme kept it a a close 10-9 to Thesaurus). It is what it is though. At the end of the day, Pete came with bars good enough for me to not hate on the decision, I'm just somewhat disappointed by it.

Thank you. I was beginning to think everyone was on meth. I'm genuinely shocked that not only did the judges go for him (Except Sketch), but so do most people here. The video comments tell a different tale, though.

Thesaurus had a couple memorable lines, but I keep trying to see why people are giving it to him and I can't find any reason.

I'd consider it generous to even give Thesaurus one round.
