KOTD PRESENTS: WORLD DOMINATION 3 - DIZASTER VS PORICH *TITLE MATCH*

Hailing from Whitby, ON, PoRich remains one of only two champions to have successfully defended his title. After putting on a controversial yet impressive performance to strip the title from Sketch Menace, Rich put a stop to contender PH’s title run. Now in his third title match, PoRich faces what is surely his most dangerous opponent yet. Steadily improving his style, Rich has evolved over the past years from a quick witted freestyle battler in the WRC’s to a thundering, commanding presence blending intricate bars and humor seamlessly. Since entering King of the Dot, PoRich has been one of the most consistent and persistent battlers in the league, with over 16 battles in approximately 4 years. After defeating Illmaculate and TheSaurus in the 2 v. 2 Grand Prix championship, Rich claimed his title as King of the Dot, cementing his position as a force in the league.

A legend in the making, Dizaster is appearing in King of the Dot for his fifth time, (6th if you count Muscles Glasses from Epic Meal Time) and taking his first shot at the title. He has become a heavy presence in battling in the recent years, building his name by stepping in the ring constantly against new comers and veterans alike. With a resume boasting battles against The Saurus, Canibus, NoCanDo, Arsonal, and Illmaculate, Diz has commanded the respect of the battle world in both the freestyle and written formats. Recently improving his style, Diz brings an unrivaled energy and freestyle ability combined with vicious writtens and an aggressive performance to every battle. One of the most in demand battlers in the world, Dizaster has traveled to Australia, the U.K., the Netherlands, and Sweden to battle international emcees on their home turf. Returning to North America, Diz now steps up against PoRich, eager to claim the title and call himself the King of the Dot.

this title match up was a good one , on and off cam! diz killed it but po brought the bizness, Po juss gunna evolve with the loss and improve more for real,... Good look tho having Diz being kotd champ now... diz pretty much broke it down in his rounds when he said POrich 'social and reputably not on same lvl of standards... I wonder wat diz has in store being at a pinnacle of kotd's and battle raps platform

gonna have to give that a no. With all due respect to Diz coz he works his ass of going around the world getting it done, but I think overall in this battle he lacked relevancy. His 2nd was great and I would give him that round but the 1st and 3rd he meandered for a while without saying much, I was kinda shocked at some of the reactions the crowd was givin for some of it. And the best performance I have seen from Po, the stint with the chain seems to have done him good as he has come along way since he got it. Overall, solid all 3 rounds from Po, didnt think Diz had the bars to match him in the 1st or 3rd, Po takes it 2-1

Think diz won. Was a bit over hyped on a few lines.

Po gave his best performance yet imo. That mase shit was funny as hell.

I don't buy all this "it ain't relevant" shit, bars are bars even if they ain't all personal. Porich did good though, a lot better than expected. I see him only getting better post-diz like caustic, a-class, dna and swave.

As some other people already said, I think this was Po's best performance, but I do think it's a clear victory for Diz. Yes, some of the stuff he said here and there aren't always on point but a lot of his bars were solid, and he pretty much included rebuttals in damn near every round. Even his gun bars hit hard... I liked that line about the "Prego sauce on your grandma's tablecloth" or whatever he said.

when i was talkin about a lot of his bars not bein relevant i was more referring to the endless fillers he throws in between actual hard hitting bars. I mean there is only so many times you can call someone a hick and an alcoholic so if he is going with the like violence and gun talk, be my guest, but he tends to waffle on a bit between anything powerful whether its personal or guns, like you look in the first round he clowns him on the pirate accent, then 40 seconds of "he lives in whitby, and chills with hippies and has supper in the north suburbs etc etc" before getting to the point that saurus fucked his girl. He builds his momentum up, then drops it straight away, i felt it hard to get into his rounds because of that, although thats probably not as much of an issue for those watchin it in person coz im sure he has massive stage presence

i....do....not...get....the "Dizaster Is The GREATEST as soon as he steps in the room" hype. Battle rap is the only competitive field on the planet that would allow someone of that skill level be called the best. He's like Dennis Rodman...sure he's a great plays great D shit, he's a hall of famer....but WHY ya'll treating him like MJ? I don't get it.

That's for the people there though... he does put on a good show if you're there in person. I thought the same thing until I saw him kill QP at Battle of LA in February 2011, dude is entertaining to watch in a way that you can't see on camera.

I'm really not into Po's style but this battle he really brought his A++ game and for a while I was thinking he was gonna win but Dizaster just steals the show every time, it's not something you can do much about, nevertheless, great battle and good to see what poRICH can do if he brings his best performance.

Decent battle...can go either way depending on how you want to see it. Dizaster opened with some garbage and still got the reactions, so you knew who was gonnae get the decision. Rich had a nice 'steps' scheme in the first, and went for the unlimited which ain't easy. Doesn't matter who i think won it because i change my mind depending on how i feel. I said before Rich would be better if he wasn't steaming and yeah i think he done better without being drunk.

Po had what...a month or so to prep three LONG rounds Vs Diz? He still went in with his best shit yet.

Po in the first and second. Diz gets a round if you're feeling generous.

Biggest robbery in KOTD history? Probably.

Po just crushed it. After the horrible PH battle, I never expected this kind of performance out of him. He took all three rounds. His bars and performance (aside from a slip up or two) were both phenomenal.

Diz gave a mediocre, typical Diz performance with mediocre, typical Diz bars. Same old shit.

Now, I'll admit that I can't fully appreciate this shit because I've never had the chance to be at a live event. I understand that there is a difference between being there live and watching after, but I can't imagine that there is THAT much of difference between the live performance and seeing it online afterward.

The crowd was so far up Diz's ass it was ridiculous.

What did Diz SAY that earned him a W? What did Diz DO that earned him a W? I just don't get it.

I can't wait for Arcane to win the GP and murder Diz worse than Po did.
